Bath Tubs And More's shopping cart does not accept international sales.   Payment for orders must be in US Dollars. Customer's outside the US purchasing Copper Products, will be provided with a store invoice in which to issue payment.  Please call Customer Service to place your order by phone. 1-800-989-5166 or 1-702-642-7489.

Bath Tubs And More does not ship internationally.  We do ship to the nearest US Federal Express Border Terminal (Continental US States only) of the customer's choosing.  AKA Seattle, New York, Chicago, Miami, etc.  Freight to the nearest US Federal Express terminal is included in our pricing. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for freight from the US terminal to their designated country.  We do not pay for import/export fees or foreign country's duty's or taxes.  The customer is responsible for all cost associated with their international shipment from the US terminal forward.

Once we hand off the shipment to the customer's carrier, Bath Tubs And More has delivered
the shipment in good condition and our responsibility ends for any and all freight claims.  Any claims associated with product arriving damaged at the end country destination, is between the customer and their freight company.  Please have the freight company accepting the shipment, inspect the shipment thoroughly, prior to signing the bill of lading, for any damage to the crate(s).  If the crate(s) are damaged, DO NOT accept the shipment.  Accepting the shipment with the damage noted on the bill of lading, does not provide freight claim coverage for the product once the second carrier accepts the product and the product leaves the US.

Air freight for copper products can be expensive.  You may wish to consider having your order transported by sea.  Many of our customers select sea freight to save on shipping fees.  The delivery period is extended, however, the freight is drastically reduced in cost from air cargo.

We provide documentation and photographs of how product is built for customer's approval. Upon customer approval of said product, the order ships.  We do not pay return freight from a foreign country for product not as ordered or received in error.  Product must be prepaid to our Las Vegas, Nevada location.  All cost associated with returning product to the US is the customer's responsibility (freight, import fees such as taxes or duties).  Product that arrives damaged, will not be accepted or considered for a refund.  Please insure your shipment adequately for the cost of the product being shipped. Only product with a valid RGA # can be returned.  Product returned without a valid RGA # will be refused.  Acceptance of freight, does not guarantee a refund will be issued.  Freight accepted without a valid RGA #, will not be credited for said value nor will the product be returned to the customer prepaid.  In case of a legal dispute, customer agrees all claims must be filed in the State of Nevada, per our store policy.
