Jason bath tubs are dropped shipped from the factory in North Little Rock, AR to you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All delivery times are estimated as unforeseen circumstances can delay orders. All Jason product sales are final. Please be sure the item ordered is what you need prior to placing your order. Specification Sheets and Installation Manuals available upon request. No cancellation of orders after 72 hours. Orders canceled within 72 hours a 2% processing fee will apply. All cancellations subject to management approval.
Bath tubs are delivered via common carrier and a sign receipt is required. Deliveries are curb side delivery only. When your order arrives, please inspect your shipping carton for damage. If there is damage to the carton, please remove your bath tub while the carrier is there. Do not sign the bill of lading until you have examined the bath tub. If you discover damage to the bath tub, refuse shipment, do not sign the bill of lading. Jason will provide you with a new bath tub at no charge. If you accept damaged product, the carrier is responsible for providing repair. All damages must be submitted to the carrier directly. If you reside in an area not listed outside a carriers normal route, additional freight may be charged. Those customers who require air or water delivery, who reside outside the Continental US, or who reside in isolated areas not included within common carriers regular delivery areas, additional freight charges will be applied. It is the customer's responsibility to provide shipping for orders from that point on.
Jewelry: All jewelry ships from our store location and arrives USPS. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned in new condition and freight prepaid. Jewelry returned COD will not be accepted. Jewelry received damaged will not be accepted and returned to the customer freight collect. We do not provide certificates of authenticity for our jewelry. Copper Bath Tubs: Copper bath tubs are dropped shipped from the manufacture to you. The manufacture does not accept returns, so please make sure you order the correct size. All sales are final. Custom Designed Product: Customer may custom design allowable copper products. Customer must provide product specifications (in written form with customer's signature) for the manufacture. Pricing, time period to manufacture said product will be provided by the manufacture at the time of order. All custom made product is non-returnable. All warranty is provided by the manufacture.
All pricing shown along with product information is to our best knowledge correct. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to sell the item at the pricing shown or to correct product pricing to the current pricing available. Customer has the right to cancel order due to incorrect pricing without a 2% cancellation fee. No other reimbursement for damages due to improper product information, pricing or delivery time of product is provided. All warranty for products is provided by the manufacture only. Jason Quick Ship Policy: Bath tubs must be ordered in white to qualify for Quick Ship. Jason orders ship 5-7 days after order is entered at Jason International. Standard delivery time of 2-7 days applies. Holidays can delay orders. Jason makes every effort to ship product on time, but unforeseen circumstances can occur. All ship dates from the factory are estimated. There is no fee for ordering your Jason bath tub Quick Ship. Jason International and VL Martin Enterprises accept no liability for orders not shipped from the factory in the 5-7 day period.
Faucets, Drain Kits, Accessories: Faucets and Drain Kits may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restock fee cannot be waived. Please email or call us for an RGA (Return Authorization Number) before returning product. Freight is prepaid to return items. COD returns will be refused. Packages without an RGA number on packaging label will be refused. All products must be returned in original packaging. Installed products, product missing parts, or damaged packages
cannot be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer freight collect. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All product must be in "like new condition" for resell. Any damaged products received will be returned freight collect. All warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacture. We offer do not offer nor imply any said warranty for any bath products. Credit will be applied once a returned is received and merchandise is inspected and counted. Only those items that have been approved for returned will receive a credit.
