The Bath Tubs And More offers quality products at affordable pricing. Depending upon which manufacture you are purchasing product from, warranties, shipping times and return policies very. We try to update our polices as new products are added. If you do not see the warranty for a product you are purchasing, please contact Customer Service at 800-989-5166 pior to ordering. Installed products or modified products are not returnable. Selected copper products are offered as rush deliveries, with manufacture approval.
Maax bath tubs are dropped shipped from the distributor. Specification Sheets and Installation Manuals available upon request. Maax does not accept returns. Please make sure the bath tub will work for you prior to ordering. All sales are final. No cancellation of orders after 72 hours. Orders canceled within 72 hours a 2% processing fee will apply. All cancellations subject to management approval. Please allow 3-5 weeks to receive products. All delivery times are estimated. We recommend allowing additional time for delivery during the holiday season. Please do not schedule your contractor until product arrives.
Bath tubs are delivered via common carrier and a sign receipt is required. Deliveries are curb side delivery only. When your order arrives, please inspect your shipping carton for damage. If there is damage to the carton, please remove your bath tub while the carrier is there. Do not sign the bill of lading until you have examined the bath tub. If you discover damage to the bath tub, refuse shipment, do not sign the bill of lading. If you accept damaged product, the carrier is responsible for providing repair. All damages must be submitted to the carrier directly. If you reside in an area outside a carriers normal route, additional freight may be charged. Those customers who require air or water delivery, who reside outside the Continental US (48 states), or who reside in isolated areas not included within common carriers regular delivery areas, additional freight charges will be applied. If you would like a rate quote, please call Customer Service at 800-989-5166. We do not ship Maax bath tubs outside the Continental US. We will, however, ship to the US (48 states) border. It is the customer's responsibility to provide shipping for orders from that point on, including custom fees. Bath Tubs And More selects the US border freight terminal for international shipments or for orders outside the Continental US.
Jewelry: All jewelry ships from our store location and arrives USPS. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned in new condition and freight prepaid. Jewelry returned COD will not be accepted. Jewelry received damaged will not be accepted and returned to the customer freight collect. We do not provide certificates of authenticity for our jewelry. Copper Product Sizing: All Copper products are handmade. Overall masurements are given as a reference only. Each product may differ slightly from the size listed.

Cast Stone bath tubs are dropped shipped from the manufacture to you. The manufacture does not accept returns, so please make sure you order the correct size. All sales are final. Custom Designed Product: Customer may custom design allowable copper products. Customer must provide product specifications (in written form with customer's signature) for the manufacture. Pricing, time period to manufacture said product will be provided by the manufacture at the time of order. All custom made product is non-returnable. Custom made refers to all copper products; Sinks, Range Hoods, Fireplace Mantels, Bath Tubs etc. where customer selects patina finishes, lacquer finishes, sizing, apron front, etc. to custom design a copper product to their liking. All sales are final. Warranty covered by manufacture. Custom products installed are accepted "as is". Please make sure product received is correct prior to installing. Installation or removal cost are at the customer's expense. Product received incorrectly can be returned for a full refund, as long as it has not been installed or modified. No other reimbursement is offered. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated by the manufacture. All delivery times are estimated.
Templates For Custom Designed Products
Templates are required for certain custom designed copper products. We offer (3) free template changes for each custom copper product sold. After the third template, a fee of $20.00 per template will be assessed. Delivery time for custom products is based on the final template approval by the customer. All delivery times are estimated. Unforseen delays can arise due to holidays or difficulty in building custom products ordered.
Pricing shown along with product information is to our best knowledge correct. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to sell the item at the pricing shown or to correct product pricing to the current pricing available. Customer has the right to cancel order due to incorrect pricing without a 2% cancellation fee. No other reimbursement for damages due to improper product information, pricing or delivery time of product is provided. All warranty for products is provided by the manufacture only.
Faucets, Drain Kits, Accessories: Faucets and Drain Kits may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restock fee cannot be waived. Please email or call us for an RGA (Return Authorization Number) before returning product. Freight is prepaid to return items. COD returns will be refused. Packages without an RGA number on packaging label will be refused. All products must be returned in original packaging. Installed products, product missing parts, or damaged packages cannot be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer freight collect. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All product must be in "like new condition" for resell. Any damaged products received will be returned freight collect. All warranty claims must be addressed to the manufacture. We offer do not offer nor imply any said warranty for any bath products. Credit will be applied once a returned is received and merchandise is inspected and counted. Only those items that have been approved for returned will receive a credit. Free Bonus Gifts. Free bonus gifts are provided based upon customer purchasing products. Should customer return said product or cancel their order, free bonus gifts must be returned freight prepaid, in like new condition. Free items not returned, or not returned in "like new condition" will be billed to the customers credit card on file, or billed via invoice at current pricing. Bonus gifts ship when the customer's product ships the factory. Freight is pre-paid for the (48) states.
