LIMITED WARRANTY

Our copper products are made of the highest quality available and we inspect all products prior to shipment, to ensure our high standard of quality is met.

Before products ship the factory, we provide photographs of the finished products, and if requested, measurements of the final size of the products ordered. We provide a one year warranty on all our products.

The customer acknowledges that the imperfections, including welded parts, cracks, variations in color and size are normal due to the traditional process and are not defects.

Due to the nature of copper products, it is normal that some pieces may be different in size, color or finish, which can vary from one product to another.

We are not responsible for:

 Improper installation/modification

 Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects

 Improper care or maintenance or staining due to hard water or water mineral consistency

 Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)

 Any modification to the product

 Product warranty does not include weather damage, such as, but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, blizzards, hail storms, flooding, ice storm, dust storms or any acts of God.

DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

We carefully inspects all orders and packages before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. If such loss or damage occurs, please save the box and packing material and notify us immediately.

You have 72 hours to report damages from time of receipt. All claims for defects or damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the order. All freight damage must be submitted to the carrier making delivery. Hidden damage may be submitted to freight carriers up to 15 days after receipt of product.

Per our determination, we will provide the customer with new product, should we determine we are at fault. However, we do not pay labor costs for installation or removal of any product.

You must provide us with photographs of the damaged product via email. We will contact you and make arrangements for a replacement. It is important that you meet the deadline, otherwise, the claim and replacement of said goods may be denied.

For any item damaged, a replacement item will be sent. We do not reimburse for damages, but rather, we send a replacement item.

We do not accept returns of products, whether articles of special orders or settlement.

We do not pay installation costs and labor for installation or removal of any product.

Items created by hand or with natural materials can not be exactly as shown in photographs, due to the nature of the product, thereby creating a fluctuation in patina coloring and overall size. All measurements are used as an estimated size only.

INCORRECT MERCHANDISE OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, please keep the products and contact us immediately.

Incorrect or incomplete orders must be reported by email within 72 hours of receipt. The sales staff will contact you no later than 2 business days. All original packing materials must be saved for the return of said item. If packaging is discarded, the customer must provide a crate with the necessary packing material for the safe return of said product.  If the customer refuses to provide a return crate (equal to the crate the product arrived in), or fails to provide proper packaging for the product and further damage ensues, no refund will be offered and customer accepts product "as is".  The crate and packaging material is included in the sale price of said product and must be returned with said product for a full credit to be provided.

We will contact you to arrange a replacement product, assuming a comparable replacement is available.

If you receive a product that is not the item ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge. Any product missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible, without additional charge to you. 

We do not accept returns on orders made to measure, or products that have been installed, used or damaged during unpacking and / or installation, or abused in any form while in the care of the recipient.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted unless the merchandise is defective and is previously authorized in writing by a representative of the company.

If not reported within the 72 hour time period, we reserve the right to refuse the return of said goods.
