Leaving access for service is important.  Remember, you have plumbing running around your entire bath tub.  What happens if you experience a leak down the road?  Or if your bath tub equipment requires service?  What you don't want to do is install your Air, Whirlpool or Air Whirlpool bath tub without any means of service.  Without access, you would have to pull the tile or marble surround and that would be an expensive endeavor.  Instead, if you install access panels around your bath tub, service will be a breeze.

                             Panels Are Attached By Magnets. All Four Panels Are Removable.

                                                        
 

           The contractor installed the bath tub with three sides of removable panels.  The panels are attached
           by magnets that hold the rock panels firmly in place.





                   Center panel removed.  You can see the magnet attached to the side wood support column.
                   Another magnet is attached to the back of the rock panel.
