If during the next 120 days, we offer a lower price on the item you have on lay away, you will automatically receive that lower pricing! However, if our pricing goes up, you have locked in our Best Price Guarantee for 120 days.
What happens if you decide you want to cancel your order all together? A $15 cancellation fee will be deducted from the 10% deposit . Refunds are applied to the credit card on file within 7-10 business days of the order cancellation date. See store policy for additional details regarding our overall store policy.
If you fail to place your order within the 120 day period, orders will be placed at current sale
pricing. Payment is due in full (minus the 10% down payment) when your order is placed at the factory. Manufacture's standard delivery times apply for all products ordered. Products will not be ordered until payment in full is received. 10% down locks in sale pricing only up to 120 days. If an order can not be filled due to an item being discontinued or some other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control, the 10% down payment will be returned in full. The $15 cancellation fee will not be applied to the cancelled order. No other monetary reimbursement is offered or implied for cancelled orders.
